Surprise! I'm walking a marathon in Alaska on June 23rd to raise money for the Lukemia and Lymphnoma Society. I'm walking 26.2 miles to celebrate life, health and hope.

Cancer. That single word changes more lives than any other. Ovarian cancer, colon cancer and breast cancer, my family heard that word three times in 18 months! Despite our radiation, chemo, hair loss, sickness, and emotional dispair we are all three survivors. I'm walking this marathon in hope that my efforts will lead to a cure of this insidious disease, in all of its nasty forms.
